The systematic Lessons Learned (LL) process requires Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) capable of processing complex data sets, identifying cause-and-effect relationships and formulating evidence-based recommendations. Amidst constant changes on the battlefield, the demand for such capabilities only grows. Boryviter’s analytical team has developed the “Lessons Learned Analysis: Advanced LL Analyst Course” – a specialised training programme for current and future personnel. Goal: To build the capability of military personnel to execute the complete Lessons Learned (LL) cycle—from data collection and analysis to the institutionalisation and dissemination of operational experience. The course focuses on cultivating rigorous analytical thinking and the practical application of LL analytical methodologies.
