Boryviter Military School
Operational training division of the Boryviter Centre of Excellence. Transforming real combat experience of Ukraine's Defence Forces into systematic professional training.
Boryviter Military School was founded in April 2022 in response to russia's full-scale invasion. Our mission is to continuously strengthen combat capabilities and preserve the lives of Defense Forces personnel.
Our training programs are built on combat experience gained in the most intense battles of Ukraine's modern military — experience that now forms the global vanguard of military affairs. We don't teach detached theory — we take the most effective real-war tactics and transform them into refined training algorithms for Ukrainian warriors.
Non-profit and national focus
Boryviter Military School is a non-profit organization. Thanks to systematic support from Ukrainian and international donors, whose contributions are direct support of national defense capability, we provide training to active Ukrainian servicemembers free of charge. Our absolute priority and beneficiary is the national military. All the unique combat expertise we accumulate serves the Ukrainian armed forces.
Instant Lessons Learned and technology
We rejected lengthy bureaucratic cycles for updating training programs. The School is built on rapid After Action Review (AAR) and the Lessons Learned system. Instant analysis of evolving enemy tactics and practical deployment of new weapons systems or IT solutions directly from the trenches allows us to adapt our courses within days. This unprecedented speed of generating and crystallizing combat experience creates expertise unmatched at the scale of modern global conflicts.
Ukrainian combat power in institutional architecture
Our cadets are exclusively servicemembers of active Defence Forces formations. We conduct targeted combat coordination of headquarters and units for their specific operational tasks. The foundation of our training is exclusively the real power and practice of the Ukrainian front.
At the same time, this invaluable national experience is methodically integrated into the official education architecture: our programs structurally and fully comply with NATO Bi-Strategic Command Directive 075-007 'Education and Individual Training' (March 24, 2025) and NATO Bi-Strategic Command Directive 075-002 'Education and Training' (June 12, 2023). We convert Ukrainian combat practice into the highest institutional standard.
