Public Offer (Contract)

This public offer (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is an offer addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter - "Donors") from the public organization "Boryviter Military School" (hereinafter - the "Organization") regarding charitable contributions for the statutory activities of the Organization under the terms specified in this Agreement.

1. Definitions

1.1. Charitable contribution - a voluntary gratuitous donation in the form of funds made by Donors in favor of the Organization to achieve its statutory goals.

1.2. Offer - a proposal of the Organization addressed to an indefinite number of persons to enter into this Agreement under specified terms.

1.3. Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance by the Donor of the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of Agreement

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous transfer by the Donor of funds to the ownership of the Organization by making a charitable contribution for the statutory activities of the Organization.

2.2. The Donor independently determines the amount of the charitable contribution.

3. Acceptance Procedure

3.1. Acceptance of this Offer is made by the Donor making a charitable contribution through the payment system www.liqpay.ua.

3.2. Making a charitable contribution by the Donor means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Organization undertakes to use the charitable contributions received from Donors exclusively for achieving its statutory goals.

4.2. The Donor has the right to receive information regarding the use of their charitable contribution.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Organization undertakes not to disclose information received from the Donor, except in cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

6. Other Terms

6.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance of the Offer by the Donor and is valid until the fulfillment of all obligations of the Organization to the Donor.

6.2. In case of disputes, they are resolved through negotiations between the parties, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
