In April, Boryviter Military School marked four years of its operation. The established training ecosystem continues to directly enhance the combat capability of frontline units.
During the month, 341 military personnel completed core specialised training programmes, and 2,025 crews received professional support within the psychological training programme.

Psychological Support ("The Human Dimension"programme):
- Psychological adaptation (pre-BGMT): 1,796 military personnel.
- Intervision groups: 100 military personnel.

4-Year Capability Results: Boryviter celebrated its BirthdaySince April 2022 instructors have trained over 35,000 military personnel of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, implemented 7 comprehensive training programmes, and integrated advanced combat experience into training algorithms. We continue to adapt training to combat dynamics to maximise personnel survivability and neutralise the enemy.
Presentation of "The Dichotomy of Leadership" Andriy Bilobrov, Head of the "C2, Planning, and Leadership" (MDMP) training programme, featured as a speaker at the presentation of the Ukrainian edition of the book "The Dichotomy of Leadership: Balancing the Challenges of Extreme Ownership to Lead and Win" by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. The event focused on adapting American military experience to Ukrainian realities and the practical application of leadership principles when making critical decisions on the battlefield.
Provisioning for the Military Communications Training Programme The joint initiative "Spring 2026 Run" by Run Ukraine in partnership with Work.ua brought together nearly 600 participants who covered over 65,000 kilometres. This activity accumulated 1,000,000 UAH in financial support, providing the educational process with critically important hardware. Equipment received:

- Motorola DM4600 UHF digital-analogue radio — 6 units.
