Monthly Report: Boryviter Military School | March 2026

In March, Boryviter Military School conducted professional training for 362 military personnel in core training programmes and provided psychological support to 3,540 individuals.

Primary focus areas included scaling instructor capacity by engaging veterans, developing intelligent systems to automate combat experience collection, and strengthening strategic partnerships with the National Guard of Ukraine.

  • C2, Planning, and Leadership (C2):
    • Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Course: 22 cadets.
  • Autonomy and Unmanned Systems (UxS):
    • Multirotor UAS Operations: 46 cadets.
    • Multirotor FPV: 30 cadets.
    • Fixed-Wing Strike UAS: 21 cadets.
    • Multirotor FPV Engineering: 17 cadets.
    • FPV Terminal Guidance Systems: 9 cadets.
    • Fiber-Optic Systems Engineering: 9 cadets.
    • Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) Employment: 59 cadets.
  • Counter-UAS and SHORAD (C-UAS):
    • Fibre-Optic Strike FPV Employment: 15 cadets.
    • Fixed-Wing UAS: Aerial Interception: 9 cadets.
  • Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) (EMSO):
    • Military Communications Fundamentals: 57 cadets.

Military Analysis and Lessons Learned (LL): 89 cadets.

Psychological Support

  • Psychological adaptation (pre-BGMT): 3,369 military personnel.
  • Intervision groups: 152 individuals.
  • Practical psychology training: 13 individuals.
  • Individual consultations: 6 individuals.

Key Events

Recruitment Campaign for Veterans

Boryviter Military School has launched a recruitment campaign to engage veterans with combat experience for instructor positions. The initiative aims to scale training capacity and facilitate the transfer of frontline knowledge ("Train the Trainer" system).

Partnership Outcomes

  • "Near the Heart" project: the initiative by Boryviter, SOVA Jewelry House, and singer KOLA was recognized as a winner of the "Responsible Country 4.0" award in the "Business and Charity Foundation Cooperation" category. Financial support from the collection's sales enabled the training of 61 personnel across the "C2, Planning, and Leadership" and "Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO)" training programs.
  • "Vagon Znan" fundraising campaign support: the Concert.ua team bolstered "Vagon Znan" – a total of UAH 7,345,448.13 was raised to finance the training of 5,000 military personnel in key programs.
