Boryviter Military School has launched the regular delivery of the "Troop Leading Procedures (TLP)" course. Following successful pilot iterations where our instructors refined training algorithms, the School is now accepting applications for a new group of military personnel.
The modern operational environment demands that commanders conduct rapid situational analysis and decision-making within limited timeframes. The updated programme trains participants to effectively analyse mission requirements and develop courses of action using TLP procedures. This approach ensures maximum mission effectiveness while minimising risks to personnel and military equipment.
Course Overview:
- Target Audience: Squad, platoon, and company commanders.
- Duration: 67 hours (combining theoretical instruction and the practical execution of TLP steps).
- Key Outcomes: Mastery of planning algorithms essential for safeguarding personnel and equipment.
