During the first month of the partnership, the Boryviter Military School and the Box Express Market chain secured funding for the professional training of 114 military personnel. The overall goal of the project is to accumulate UAH 1,000,000 to support the training process of 280 cadets.
First-phase indicators:
- Funds raised: UAH 409,800;
- Efficiency: UAH 3,571 = 1 trained specialist;
- Overall plan completion: 41%.
The cooperation mechanism involves a fixed contribution of UAH 75 from the sale of a designated product to support the training programs. The allocated resources are directed toward the training of UAV crews, military communications specialists, topography experts, and operators of situational awareness systems.
To fully cover the requirements for training the planned number of crews, an additional UAH 590,200 remains to be raised. Since the beginning of operations, the school's instructors have provided combat coordination and specialized training for over 18,000 cadets. The Retail Association of Ukraine provides informational support for the project.
