The Boryviter Military School is opening recruitment for veterans to fill Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) instructor positions, which includes preliminary training. The primary objective of the program is to translate combat experience into enhanced capability and operational effectiveness for battalion and brigade staffs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The training of future instructors will be conducted by Ukrainian and international experts.
MDMP is a standardized staff algorithm for comprehensive mission analysis and operation plan development. Instructor responsibilities include conducting training as part of mobile training teams, adapting training curricula based on real-world experience, and coordinating with international partners. Key candidate requirements include: experience serving on a combat unit staff (battalion/brigade level), responsibility, willingness to travel, and an English language proficiency of at least the B1 level.
