In July, Boryviter Military School provided psychological training to 1,018 military personnel. The overall performance indicators of the program include:
• 6 mobile training courses conducted directly within the units;
• specialized training for morale and psychological support officers at the school's facilities;
• over 7,300 trainees prepared during the 8 months of the program's operation.
Financial support from Ukrainian businesses directly impacts the school's capacity to train a larger number of personnel. In July, facilitated by the Retail Association of Ukraine, the companies MNS Investment and Imperia Holding made contributions to support the training process.
Systematic psychological training is an integral procedure for maintaining the resilience of military personnel. It increases the overall effectiveness of target engagement and promotes the rapid combat cohesion of crews and units. Attracting partner funding allows Boryviter to scale this program and maintain the continuity of training.
