In April, Boryviter Military School provided training for 598 servicemembers of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Financial support from the DOU IT community amounting to UAH 1.5 million will allow expanding the capacity of the multi-rotor UAV crew training program and developing algorithms for the employment of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) on the battlefield.
Personnel training was conducted in accordance with the current needs of the frontline in the following areas:
- Study and implementation of experience (Lessons Learned) — 114 trainees;
- Multi-rotor UAVs — 98 trainees;
- Multi-rotor FPVs and Engineering — 95 trainees;
- Military Communications and Electronic Warfare (EW) — 60 trainees;
- Fixed-wing UAVs and FPVs — 45 trainees;
- Military Command and Planning — 29 trainees;
- Psychological Training and Combat Stress — 30 trainees.
Additionally, Boryviter instructors conducted specialized training in topography and communications for 127 servicemembers as part of the Basic Combined Arms Training at training centers to facilitate further combat integration of the units.
To improve the efficiency of command and control at the company-platoon echelon, the manual "Unit Command Procedures" has been published. The publication contains NATO algorithms and structured combat experience. Proceeds from sales (https://jurkniga.ua/poryadok-upravlinnya-pidrozdilami-praktichniy-posibnik-dlya-upravlinnya-pidrozdilami/) are directed toward the financial support of the training process. The sustainable development of the institution and the increased efficiency of target engagement have been made possible by the financial contributions of new partners (Semantrum, Fedir Shpyh Charitable Foundation), as well as systematic support from the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Ukrnafta, Uklon, Vyriy Drone, and other representatives of Ukrainian business.
