In November, Boryviter Military School trained 979 specialists for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The total number of graduates since the start of operations has exceeded 19,000 servicemembers. The training process is aimed at increasing the overall capacity of units, practicing operational algorithms, and enhancing the effectiveness of engaging enemy targets.
The breakdown of trained servicemembers by specialization is as follows:
- Military Topography — 252 cadets;
- Military Communications — 218 cadets;
- Multi-Rotor UAVs — 201 cadets;
- Situational Awareness Systems — 140 cadets;
- Study and Implementation of Experience (Lessons Learned) — 69 cadets;
- Basic Aviation Course — 50 cadets;
- FPV (Small Strike UAVs) — 31 cadets;
- Fixed-Wing UAVs — 18 cadets.
Additionally, 211 servicemembers received professional psychological support, which is a necessary stage for the effective combat coordination of crews prior to executing missions.
The development of Boryviter's training capacity is ensured by the financial support of partners. In November, systematic contributions to personnel training were made by: Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Retail Association of Ukraine, Uklon, Express Market box, Escobar Coffee Roasters, MNS Investment, Imperia Holding, and Kliatyi Ratsionalist.
