During the first quarter of 2024, Boryviter Military School provided psychological training to 1,578 military personnel. In total, throughout the duration of the program, 8,745 personnel have completed this training. Capability enhancement and the establishment of psychological resilience protocols encompassed the following areas:
- targeted unit training: assault companies of the 710th Brigade of the State Special Transport Service, Military Unit 3002 of the National Guard of Ukraine, the 42nd, 110th, and 153rd Brigades, and the 135th Battalion;
- regular five-day courses in leadership and practical psychology for commissioned and non-commissioned officers.
The scaling of the program is backed by financial support from MNS Investment and Imperia Holding, with the assistance of the Retail Association of Ukraine. The partners' contribution directly impacts the preservation of personnel combat capability and supports the overall effectiveness of crews and units during mission execution. To improve the teaching methodology and the training of military psychologists, Boryviter has also signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
