Over four months of work supported by the International Renaissance Foundation (December 2023 — April 2024), analysts at Boryviter Military School collected 180 observations using the Lessons Learned methodology.
The project aimed to strengthen the capacity of government bodies and the civic sector to make decisions based on data, evidence, and lessons learned.
