In May, the Boryviter Military School provided training for 1,031 servicemembers of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Partner investments and the adaptation of training programs allowed for the transfer of new capabilities to the troops. Key quantitative indicators by training areas:
- UAVs and engineering (multirotor, FPV, fixed-wing) — 182 operators;
- Study and implementation of experience (Lessons Learned) — 165 specialists;
- Military communications and Electronic Warfare (EW) — 66 specialists;
- Military command and planning — 45 servicemembers;
- Aerial target interception — 20 operators;
- Psychological training and support (including adaptation to Basic Combined Arms Training) — 553 servicemembers.
To address the issue of enemy fire adjustment by reconnaissance drones, Boryviter, in collaboration with the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, launched a new training algorithm. 20 crews underwent training on the "Taras-P" fixed-wing interceptor drones. As a result, the units received a tool for the kinetic engagement of airborne targets, which increases the overall effectiveness of air defense at the tactical level and ensures the combat coordination of adjacent crews.
Financial support from partners operates as a direct investment in defense capability (ROI). A targeted contribution from the Prom company in the amount of UAH 172,750 was fully converted into the training of multirotor UAV crews. An additional UAH 117,659, raised through an auction featuring Dmytro Kuleba, was directed toward scaling technical fields. The integration of frontline needs with the capabilities of the IT sector, initiated at the DOU DAY 2025 conference, allows for the mobilization of systemic resources for the sustainable operation of the school. The Defense Forces receive a ready capability, while business receives a concrete result in the form of trained specialists.
