Boryviter Military School January Report: 841 Cadets Trained

In January, the Boryviter Military School trained 841 service members, ensuring the combat coordination of crews and enhancing unit capabilities. Results by training area:

  • UAVs and FPVs (operation, fixed-wing and multi-rotor engineering) — 299 cadets;
  • Military topography and communications — 286 cadets;
  • Military command and control, planning, and Lessons Learned — 169 cadets;
  • Situational awareness systems ("Kropyva" software) — 30 cadets;
  • Psychological training (intervision groups) — 57 cadets.

To increase the effectiveness of personnel management, Boryviter specialists, together with the command of the "Khortytsia" Operational-Strategic Group of Forces (OSGF), analyzed and updated the algorithms for psychological support directly within the "Kharkiv", "Luhansk", "Starobilsk", and "Donetsk" Operational-Tactical Groups (OTGs). At the same time, to develop the institution's own managerial capacity, cooperation with the MIM Business School has been initiated.

The continuity of the training process is ensured by the financial support of partners. In January, a joint fundraising campaign was launched to raise 1,000,000 UAH — this contribution will be converted into the training of 100 qualified operators for precision target engagement. Additional financial support to ensure the school's operational capacity was raised through a joint project with the SOVA brand. The sustainable development of the organization continues to be provided by the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Aurora, Uklon, Ukrnafta, and other systemic partners.
