In September, the Boryviter Military School provided specialized training for 564 servicemembers and engaged over 500 individuals in psychological support programs. A strategic achievement of the month was obtaining the status of an associate partner of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC). The institution also launched a veteran program, beginning the training of candidates for Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) instructor positions.
Quantitative training metrics by specialized areas:
- Lessons Learned — 138 servicemembers;
- Military Command and Planning — 102 servicemembers;
- Multi-rotor and fixed-wing FPVs — 108 servicemembers;
- Multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAVs — 113 servicemembers;
- Military Topography — 55 servicemembers;
- Military Communications — 48 servicemembers;
- Psychological training and leadership workshops — 419 servicemembers.
Additionally, 56 military psychologists participated in intervision groups, and 38 servicemembers received individual consultations.
To increase target engagement efficiency and accelerate the combat coordination of crews, Boryviter implemented a new training algorithm: a specialized course on payload dropping from DJI Mavic 3, Air 2, and Autel EVO 2 PRO UAVs. The school also presented its developments in defense analytics at the IT Arena 2024 conference.
The development of the school's training capabilities is sustained through the financial support of businesses and foundations. This month, a contribution from the SKELAR Foundation ensured the operation of the Lessons Learned department, while the Ukrarmor company provided equipment for the needs of the military command branch. The sustainable operation of the programs is also supported by the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Aurora, Djinni, RAU, Uklon, Yappi Corporate, Zagoriy Foundation, Escobar Coffee Roasters, iaros.com.ua, MNS Investment, Ecocup Group, Terytoriya Minimalnykh Tsin, and MarcoSoli.
