April Report: Training of 801 Service Members and Capability Development

In April, the Boryviter Military School provided training for 801 service members. 492 specialists underwent specialized training to improve the effectiveness of command and control and target engagement, while another 309 personnel underwent psychological training for further combat coordination. Additionally, the school's experts, together with a delegation from the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, presented Ukrainian algorithms for combat experience analysis at the international NATO Lessons Learned 2024 conference in Portugal.

Quantitative metrics of trained crews and specialists by discipline: Multi-rotor UAVs — 139; Lessons Learned — 86; FPV (small attack UAVs) — 64; Military Topography — 61; Military Communications — 56; Military Command and Planning — 41; Situational Awareness Systems — 25; Fixed-wing UAVs — 20.

Financial contributions to training are directly converted into the combat capability of the Defense Forces. An investment of 1,119,248 UAH, raised jointly with the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and Telebachennya Toronto, was fully directed toward financing the training of FPV drone crews. The scaling of Boryviter's training processes is ensured through systemic investments from partners: Zagoriy Foundation, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Uklon, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and other institutional representatives of the business and public sectors.
