December Report: Training of 1,832 Servicemembers and MoD Certification

In December, the Boryviter Military School enhanced the capabilities of the Defense Forces by training 282 specialists in technological fields and providing psychological training and adaptation for 1,550 servicemembers. The main institutional achievement of the month was obtaining official certification from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine: the school became one of the first private institutions to earn the right to train crews for Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) for logistics and target engagement missions.

Quantitative training performance indicators for the month: 136 UAV operators and engineers (FPV, multirotor, and fixed-wing interceptor systems); 38 military communications and Electronic Warfare (EW) specialists; 30 UGV operators; 78 servicemembers trained in military command and control, planning, and Lessons Learned implementation; 1,451 mobilized personnel completed the psychological adaptation algorithm prior to Basic Military Training (BMT); 99 soldiers enhanced their leadership and practical psychology capabilities and participated in intervision groups.

Partner investments are directly converted into the scaling of these capabilities. The 2,521,010 UAH raised jointly with the audience of the "Television Toronto" channel has been allocated to finance the training of new crews within the "Carriage of Knowledge" project. Concurrently, the participation of Boryviter representatives in the SKELAR Veteran Forum and RAU Summit consolidated the algorithm for systematic collaboration with the corporate sector: Ukrainian businesses invest in technological superiority and unit combat cohesion, achieving a tangible increase in combat readiness rather than engaging in traditional charity.
