2025 Results: Training of 7,358 Cadets and Program Certification

In 2025, Boryviter Military School ensured the capability enhancement of the Defense Forces of Ukraine through personnel training and the improvement of training programs. Key performance indicators for the year include:

  • over 7,358 cadets trained in specialized disciplines;
  • 7,775 servicemembers who underwent systematic psychological training;
  • official certification by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine of the training program for unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) crews.

To increase unit effectiveness, Boryviter implemented an algorithm for the psychological support of mobilized personnel during the adaptation week prior to Basic Military Training (BMT). The issue of personnel disorientation during the initial stage of service was addressed through the structured integration of civilian skills into military reality. The result of applying this tool is the minimization of cases of unauthorized absence (AWOL), increased discipline, and the higher readiness of servicemembers for subsequent combat coordination.

To strengthen analytical capabilities, the "Intelligent Technologies Laboratory" was launched, integrating AI solutions into the processes of analyzing and implementing combat experience (Lessons Learned). Practical approaches to standardizing this process in coordination with the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense were solidified during a specialized conference. The unification of analysis algorithms enables the faster implementation of changes in troop command and control, ensuring guaranteed target engagement in a dynamic combat environment.
