Military Experience Implementation Module for the Hospitallers Battalion

Boryviter Military School, in cooperation with the tactical medicine department of the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, conducted the "Implementation of Military Experience" (IME) training module for the Hospitallers Medical Battalion. The primary outcome was the paramedics' mastery of combat situation analysis algorithms to update medical evacuation protocols.

The IME methodology allows transforming experience gained during operations into standardized procedures. The unit practiced tools for data collection, identification of systemic errors, and scaling of successful practices. This provides a solid foundation for making changes to existing operational algorithms.

The integration of the IME system into tactical medicine directly impacts the development of the unit's capabilities. Boryviter is implementing this approach to increase the operational effectiveness of evacuation crews, improve combat cohesion, and enhance safety levels during the planning and conduct of operations.
