Training of 1,208 Servicemen: December Results

In December, the Boryviter Military School provided training for 1,208 servicemen in technical, managerial, and psychological disciplines. Thanks to the financial support of partners, it was possible to scale training capabilities and graduate the first groups of cadets under new programs: "Military Decision-Making Process" and "Multi-Rotor FPV Engineering."

Quantitative training metrics for the month:

  • UAVs and FPVs (operation, engineering, crew coordination) — 305 cadets
  • Military command and control, planning, topography, and communications — 221 cadets
  • Study and implementation of experience (Lessons Learned) — 61 cadets
  • Psychological training, specialized courses, and support — 621 servicemen

In order to improve the effectiveness of training methodologies, school representatives participated in the Annual MP LL Conference 2024 (Military Police Lessons Learned Conference) in Poland. At the same time, leadership training was conducted for the Boryviter team by Develor Ukraine, which contributed to the optimization of internal processes and team coordination.

The development of the school's capabilities directly depends on the systematic support of partners. During a joint event with "Telebachennya Toronto," UAH 2,200,000 in financial support was raised, with the Uklon company contributing UAH 500,000. These funds, as well as the profits from the branded merchandise online store launched in December, are fully directed toward supporting the training process. Boryviter acknowledges the support of its long-standing partners (Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Aurora, Djinni, RAU, Yappi Corporate, Zagoriy Foundation, Escobar Coffee Roasters, SVARGA, IAROS, MNS Investment, Ecocup Group, Terytoriya Minimalnykh Tsin, Vyriy Drone, MarcoSoli, Vchasno.EDO), whose contributions are converted into an increased number of trained specialists for the Defense Forces.
