Work of Boryviter Military School Specialists in Four Operational-Tactical Groups

Specialists from the psychological training department of Boryviter have completed their work in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, Starobilsk, and Donetsk Operational-Tactical Groups. The primary result is the enhanced effectiveness of psychological support for personnel and the updating of operational algorithms for combat stress control teams in the Eastern Operational Zone.

During interactions with unit deputy commanders and personnel of psychological recovery teams, the following tasks were accomplished:

— an audit of current challenges in the field of psychological support was conducted;

— algorithms for preserving mental health and restoring unit combat readiness were standardized;

— targeted briefings were held for newly appointed specialists to facilitate faster adaptation to combat conditions.

These activities were implemented with the support of the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation on psychological support for military personnel.

"The main goal of our work is to sustain unit capabilities through high-quality psychological support. Boryviter provides instructors and psychology officers with practical tools to ensure personnel resilience and maintain operational effectiveness during the execution of combat missions," stated Maryna Hukasian, Head of the Psychological Support and Training Department.
