In November, Boryviter Military School trained 516 specialists across 10 qualification areas and conducted short-term psychological training for 1,065 service members. Partners' investments were directly converted into the technological and operational capabilities of the Ukrainian Defense Forces units on the battlefield.
Cadet training was based on strict algorithms ensuring the combat cohesion of crews, stability of command and control, and accuracy of target engagement. Quantitative graduation metrics are as follows:
- Military Topography — 122 cadets;
- FPV Employment (multirotor and fixed-wing) — 94 cadets;
- Multirotor UAVs — 84 cadets;
- Military Command and Planning — 65 cadets;
- Military Communications — 59 cadets;
- Study and Implementation of Experience (Lessons Learned) — 50 cadets;
- Basic Psychological Training and Leadership — 31 cadets;
- Fixed-wing UAVs — 11 cadets.
Additionally, 77 military psychologists attended intervision groups, and 38 service members received individual consultations.
Boryviter continues to integrate international experience: as the official representative of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) in Ukraine, the institution facilitated the visit of the ESDC Executive Director to synchronize training standards. At the same time, the scaling of training capacities is ensured through targeted cooperation with businesses. Attracting new investors (Vchasno, Ukrnafta), implementing special projects (SVARGA), and conducting systematic work with regular partners (Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, Aurora, Astarta-Kyiv, Uklon, Djinni, Vyriy Drone, and others) guarantee a clear ROI: every invested hryvnia is transformed into training process support and enhances the combat effectiveness of the military.
