In February, Boryviter Military School provided training for 756 servicemembers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The enhancement of unit combat effectiveness was achieved through crew training, staff preparation, and the integration of instructors into state centers for basic military training (BMT).
Capability enhancement indicators by specialized areas:
- UAVs and FPVs (piloting, engineering, fixed-wing and multirotor types) — 214 trainees;
- Military communications and topography (including the reinforcement of BMT programs) — 372 trainees;
- Military command and planning — 26 trainees;
- Study and implementation of experience (Lessons Learned) — 111 trainees.
Additionally, 33 servicemembers participated in intervision groups for psychological recovery and the maintenance of functional effectiveness.
At the institutional level, Boryviter, in cooperation with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense, held a conference on the systemic integration of Lessons Learned algorithms. Simultaneously, the leadership of the School's Analytical Department completed training at the Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) to ensure full interoperability with NATO analytical structures.
The financial and material provision for these results is a direct investment by partners into the military's capabilities, where every invested hryvnia is converted into the number of trained specialists and the precision of target engagement. Investments from Djinni and the EVA store line provided the material and technical base for the communications and FPV crew training branches. Systemic operational activities and the scaling of training programs were financed by the International Renaissance Foundation, the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, the ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, the Aurora retail network, Ukrnafta, Uklon, and other business representatives.
