We are pleased to share the key achievements of the month, made possible through the efforts of our team and the support of our partners. Training across various disciplines included:
- Military Leadership and Planning – 102 cadets
- Lessons Learned – 61 cadets
- Military Topography – 86 cadets
- Military Communication Basics – 33 cadets
- COTS Multirotor UAVs – 192 cadets
- Fixed-Wing UAVs – 6 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAVs – 67 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAV Engineering – 12 cadets
- FPV Fixed-Wing UAVs – 28 cadets
We are also highlighting achievements in the Psychological Training and Support sector:
- Practical Psychology course – 19 cadets
- Leadership and Fundamentals of Psychology course – 25 cadets
- Intervision/supervision groups – 75 military psychologists
- Individual psychological counseling – 3 service members
- Short-term psychological training sessions – 459 service members
- Psychological support during recovery events – 40 service members
In December, we launched two new training programs: Military Decision Making Process and Planning (MDMP) та FPV Multirotor UAV Engineering. The first groups of cadets successfully graduated from these courses!
Additionally, the Boryviter team participated in discussions on the implementation of Lessons Learned in dynamic defense environments at the Annual Military Police Lessons Learned Conference 2024 in Poland.
We also launched an online store where you can support us by purchasing merchandise. All proceeds are converted into donations for military training.
A heartfelt thank you to our partners at Uklon, who donated 500,000 UAH during our Christmas livestream with Toronto TV, where we raised a total of 2,200,000 UAH!
We are also grateful to Develor, who conducted a leadership training for the Boryviter team, enabling us to optimize our teamwork even further!
