Results of Work in May

In May, we focused on training military personnel while also supporting and developing new training directions to respond to the needs of the military and changes on the front lines. Across various areas, we trained:
- Military Communication Basics – 66 cadets
- Military Leadership and Planning – 45 cadets
- COTS Multirotor UAVs – 79 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAVs– 77 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAV Engineering – 12 cadets
- Aerial Target Interception – 20 cadets
- Fixed-Wing UAVs – 14 cadets
- Lessons Learned for personnel and officers – 165 cadets
We also continued providing psychological support for service members:
- Practical Psychology course – 18 military personnel
- Combat Stress and Psychological First Aid course – 25 military personnel
As part of an adaptation week for newly mobilized personnel at one of the training centers, our specialists worked with 510 mobilized soldiers, offering them support during their transition into military service.
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new training direction – Aerial Target Interception – in partnership with the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation. The program trains operators of the fixed-wing interceptor drone “Taras-P”, designed to take down enemy reconnaissance UAVs. This is a significant step in strengthening the defense of Ukrainian airspace and advancing battlefield technological solutions.
In May, Boryviter co-founder Tetiana Ostra was nominated for the national independent award “Woman of Ukraine” in the category of Civil Society Development – an award recognizing women who are transforming the country through civic engagement, advocacy, and institutional development.
Another highlight of the month was a charity auction, where participants bid for an invitation to dinner with Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (2020–2024). Thanks to the participants’ support, we raised 117,659 UAH, which will go toward training military personnel at Boryviter.
Additionally, Boryviter participated in DOU DAY 2025, the largest annual event for Ukraine’s IT community. We showcased the Boryviter booth, presented our activities and current training programs, and offered attendees the chance to try out an FPV drone flight simulator. This helped spread awareness of front-line needs within the tech community and attract new partners to support our mission.
We express our sincere gratitude to Prom for joining Boryviter’s support efforts. The company organized an internal charity event for its employees, raising 172,750 UAH to train COTS Multirotor UAVs.
💪 We are grateful to our steadfast partners for their continued support of our work in service of Ukraine’s Defense Forces: Charity foundation of Serhiy Prytula, ZMIN Foundation, Astarta-Kyiv, Retail Association of Ukraine, Uklon, Ukrnafta, Yappi Corporate, Terytoriia Minimalnykh Tsin, Semantrum, Vyriy Drone, Escobar Coffee Roasters, Svarga, Sova, IAROS, Shpyg Foundation, EcoCup Group and Zagin Kinomaniv.
