Results of Work in January

The beginning of the year was a productive one for Boryviter. Thanks to the coordinated work of our team and the support of our partners, we continue to strengthen the military training system. In January, cadets completed training in the following programs:
- Military Leadership and Planning – 66 cadets
- Lessons Learned – 103 cadets
- Military Topography. Basic Course – 162 cadets
- Military Communication Basics – 124 cadets
- COTS Multirotor UAVs – 185 cadets
- Fixed-Wing UAVs – 14 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAVs – 58 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAV Engineering – 12 cadets
- FPV Fixed-Wing UAVs – 30 cadets
- Basic Course on the Battle Control Systems “Kropyva” + “FireFly” – 30 cadets
Special attention was given to the psychological training and support of service members. In January, 57 military personnel participated in intervision groups, where they received professional support and had the opportunity to exchange experiences.
Throughout the month, our team also implemented a number of important initiatives. Boryviter psychologists, together with the Deputy Commander of the “Khortytsia” Operational-Strategic Grouping for personnel psychological support, conducted visits to the “Kharkiv,” “Luhansk,” “Starobilsk,” and “Donetsk” operational-tactical groupings. These visits helped deepen understanding of current challenges, foster experience-sharing, and improve approaches to supporting the mental well-being of service members.
In the area of leadership development, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with MIM Business School. This opens opportunities for Boryviter’s top managers to pursue MBA and pre-MBA programs, enhancing the organization’s overall management effectiveness.
Several new charitable initiatives were also launched in January. In collaboration with SOVA Jewelry House and singer KOLA, a special jewelry collection was released, with a portion of the proceeds going toward funding military training at Boryviter.
Another key milestone was the launch of a joint donation campaign with Vitalii Hordiienko. The goal is to raise 1,000,000 UAH to support military training. As part of the initiative, a model of the legendary DeLorean DMC-12 car, signed by Christopher Lloyd, will be raffled.
