We present the key accomplishments of March, made possible thanks to the Boryviter team and the support of our partners. Training was conducted across several key areas:
- Military Communication Basics – 60 cadets
- Military Leadership and Planning – 70 cadets
- Lessons Learned for personnel and officers – 67 cadets
- COTS Multirotor UAVs – 53 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAVs – 106 cadets
- FPV Multirotor UAV Engineering – 22 cadets
- FPV Fixed-Wing UAVs – 15 cadets
- Fixed-Wing UAVs – 27 cadets
Additionally, as part of BZVP (Basic Combined Military Training) at one of the training centers, our instructors trained 141 cadets in the areas of Military Communication Basics and Military Topography.
In March, the following activities were held within the Psychological Training and Support direction:
- Leadership and Fundamentals of Psychology course – 15 cadets
- Psychological Training session – 12 service members
- Intervision/Supervision Groups – 49 service members
- Individual Psychological Counseling – 3 service members
The Boryviter instructor team not only provides specialized training for military personnel but also continues to enhance its own skills. Specialists from the COTS Multirotor UAVs direction participated in the first All-Ukrainian Military-Tech Sports Tournament, where our instructors took first place in the “Bomber” category.
Boryviter co-founders Orest Bilous and Tetiana Ostra gave an interview to Yuriy Fedorenko on the YouTube channel Army TV, where they discussed the transformation of military education in Ukraine. The conversation focused on how the Boryviter Military School prioritizes its training approach, adapts to the evolving needs of military personnel, and implements innovative teaching methodologies.
